Getting Started

The benefits of Pilates are best achieved by a consistent practice. We make it easy to get started by having no membership fees or contracts and offer several options for you to begin your Pilates workouts.

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions designed to give you a feel for the work, focused on your specific needs and goals regardless of age or fitness level.  Discounts given for practicing twice a week or more!

Semi-Private Lessons

Pairing up with your spouse, friend or co-worker will make your sessions more fun!

Group Equipment Classes
