The benefits of Pilates are best achieved by a consistent practice. We make it easy to get started by having no membership fees or contracts and offer several options for you to begin your Pilates workouts.
Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions designed to give you a feel for the work, focused on your specific needs and goals regardless of age or fitness level.
Studio Duo/Trio Sessions
Pairing up with your spouse, friends or co-workers will make your sessions more fun!
Online Solo or Group Classes
Small props used for personal in home mat instruction. We watch and queue for you, just as we do in the studio. Please take a look at our current group class schedule.
