Any sessions cancelled within 24-hours of your appointment will be charged the full amount of your session. Please call the studio to cancel (415/927-7800).
Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept Cash, Checks, American Express,
Mastercard and Visa.
Please arrive to your session on time, especially if you’re in a class.
Coming in late to classes is disruptive to your classmates and you risk injuring yourself if you’re not properly warmed up.
Please no cell phones during class. This is YOUR time—enjoy yourself!
Group classes may be cancelled due to low attendance. If this occurs, we will make every effort to place you in an alternative class.
